We are formed by a team of enthusiasts that strive for a better world, a world where pollution is less and less every day, a world where people can enjoy fresh, clean air, a world where we use what we need and where we don't exterminate ourselves.

Lights make up over 35% of building's energy consumption and over 90% of buildings are highly inefficient in the way they run lights.

With this in mind, Nevegy is born as a not-for-profit place where energy efficiency enthusiasts and hobbyists can share and create technologies to improve the building energy consumption, based on open source or open API technologies (DALI, DMX, PWM or Simple Relays) and using open source or open API IOT technologies (Tuya, BT-Mesh, WiFi Mesh, etc.) to easily improve the utilization of lights.

Nevegy creates free software which is not sold for profit.

However, continuing to exist is not a goal. Living in a livable world, where we can breathe is the hallmark of success. And this success requires strong motivation, systems to measure results, inputs from everyone, preparing for the obstacles that all nonprofits face (tight cash flow, staff, and more), and most of all the will to never stop creating change, improving technologies that will change the world, making it cleaner, helping decarbonize it and allowing us to llieve in the only place we can live. So your cooperation is more than welcome!
